New Customers

 

New customers need to create an account using their active email address and a strong password in order to book yoga classes.

 

Customers also need to fill out a Waiver form informing the studio of any serious medical conditions and to accept the responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might occur during the class delivery. Our yoga teachers are not medical professionals and are not responsible for any damage or injuries that can occur whilst performing certain poses.

 

Introductory class pass allows customers to test an unlimited number of available classes for 7 consecutive days at a single £14.99 installment. 

 

Please arrive at least 10 mins before the start of the class. Place your belongings in the designated area upon arrival and find a comfortable place to sit. 

 

Complementary mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps and other supporting props are available for all paying customers for the duration of the class. Please respect the property and all the yoga props available. In the case of deliberate damage or loss of props you will be asked to cover the losses incurred.

 

Safety & Hygiene

 

All clients are requested to wear a form of dress that is appropriate for the session they are attending.

Any classes in the yoga studios can be practiced in bare feet.

If you have any contagious foot complaints, please make sure you are wearing socks at all times.

 

Yoga Teachers

 

All of our teachers are fully qualified and accredited by the Yoga Alliance International for a minimum of 200 Hour Teacher Training qualification. 

 

Each teacher is also required to have personal liability insurance in order to teach at Stretchy’s.

 

Classes & Workshops

 

Drop-ins

Drop-in passes (5-class and 10-class) are available at a one-off purchase and will expire in 3 months after the sales date. All the used classes within the 3 month period will be removed from your account.

 

Monthly memberships & other subscriptions

There are 3 types of monthly memberships allowing you to join 4, 8 or an unlimited number of classes every month. Class passes are available on a rolling Direct Debit contract, they will begin on the day of the payment and will renew on the same day every consecutive month.

 

Any Member who purchases classes by Subscription may suspend their membership for a minimum period of 30 days and maximum of 60 days.

 

It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel any direct debit or standing order with his bank on termination of his Subscription. Stretchy Suzie’s cannot be held liable for any payments processed due to the failure of a Member to cancel a direct debit or standing order.

 

Pre-recorded online classes are available on a rolling Direct Debit contract, they will begin on the day of the payment and will renew on the same day every consecutive month.

 

Events & Socials

All loyal members are invited to FREE member Socials happening at Stretchy Suzie’s. Members can choose to invite a friend to come along too. Members are required to RSVP up to 24hrs before the event. Some light nibbles will be provided and the “BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage)” policy applies unless stated otherwise.

 

Workshops

Any additional 1.5-4hr workshops are available to all regular and new customers at a previously stated price. The workshops are not available for regular members for free unless stated otherwise.

 

Appointments for treatments & 1:1 sessions

All of our therapists and yoga teachers operate as independent parties so please contact the relevant individual directly with all queries and bookings.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Stretchy Suzies do not offer any refunds on any classes already delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Customers can change or cancel a yoga class up to 24hrs before the start of the class. If the class was missed and not canceled before 24hrs the class pass will be 

lost and not refunded. The expiry dates for our offers cannot be extended.

 

Workshops can be canceled for up to 48hrs before the start of the class (less a 10% admin fee)

Special refund exceptions apply to serious medical conditions. Please contact Stretchy’s team for more information. The Doctor’s note will be required for the refund to take place.

 

If any of the classes or workshops are canceled in the 48hrs leading up to the event, you will be offered either a “pass” refund, monetary refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

Personal Information & Data Protection

 

Your personal information is secure and usage of your personal information is administered by Stretchy Suzies, which is part of these Terms & Conditions. We will use your personal information to provide you with use of our products, services and facilities as well as maintain our records, process applications and payments, verify your identity, do market research and gain feedback. Your information may be kept for a reasonable amount of time for the above reasons. Your information may be shared with third parties to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, for the prevention of fraud or other crimes, and in the case of medical emergencies. By agreeing to our terms & conditions, you consent to the use of your information including sensitive information relating to your health & fitness, for the reasons & manner explained above.

 

Please get in touch with us if your personal details change, if you would prefer to be contacted in a different way or if you have any questions about how we use your information. Failing such notice, any communications sent to you will be assumed to have been received within 5 days of communications being sent. Personal Belongings & Lost Property

 

All personal belongings brought into the studio are at the clients own risk, the company does not accept any liability for loss or damages to such items.

Calm accepts no responsibility for any property left on the premises. All items found will be put into lost property and will be taken to a charity shop on the last day of every month. Any jewelry or keys found will be kept for a longer period of time. If you think you have left something behind, please give us a call straight away so we can have a look and put it aside for you to pick up if found.

 

About using our site

 

You agree to use our site in accordance with these terms + conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone's use + enjoyment of the site. If you don't comply with these terms, we may deny you access to our site.

 

If you wish to make a booking, you should follow the instructions for making a booking that appear on the site. Any booking will be subject to your agreement to further terms + conditions in respect of that booking. We will notify you of the relevant terms and conditions, which you will have to accept to complete your booking. You may download + print content from our site only for your private, personal + non-commercial use. We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading is free from infection, viruses, Trojans +/or other contaminating codes. You agree to use the enquiry + booking forms on our site to make only genuine enquiries +/or bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.

 

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post our content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.

 

You grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use (including but not limited to publishing, exploiting and modifying) any material you email, post or submit to us. Furthermore, by attending any of the Stretchy Suzie’s classes, events or workshops you agree to be photographed or filmed purely and solely for the promotion of the studio and any future events. If you wish your face to not be visible in such media, please contact the staff ahead of the event and let us know.
